Hours of Operation:

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You will ALWAYS get a live person when you call us.   We do not use an answering machine or transfer our phones to a call service in some random city.   You will ALWAYS talk to someone local with the knowledge and capability to cover any jobs that require our assistance.

Tracking Capabilities:

All our drivers use our DCA Expeditors GPS program and a smartphone app through our dispatch platform, XCELERATOR.   This allows us to supply our partners with REAL TIME updates regarding the progress of the delivery.   We can also provide an exact location of the driver if needed.
